Weekly Menu Plan

We ended up being sick most of last week – several friends were very sweet to drop off  meals, and we ate almost none of the planned meals on my menu. So some of the meals on this week’s menu are “try-agains” from last week. 🙂

Breakfasts

Everyone is responsible for making/cleaning up their own breakfasts. Choices include:

Oatmeal, Cereal, Fruit, Yogurt, Toast, Scrambled/Boiled/Fried Eggs, Veggie Omelets, Smoothies

Lunches

Peanut Butter and Jelly on Rice Cakes, Strawberries, Cucumbers x 2

Deli Meat Sandwiches, Veggie Straws, Apples, Peppers x 2

Leftovers x 3

Dinners

Hamburgers (I use half venison/half beef), French Fries, Broccoli

BBQ Meatballs, Twice Baked Potatoes, Biscuits, Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Grilled Chicken, Asparagus, Applesauce

Pepperoni Rolls, Green Beans, Blackberries

Venison Roast in the Crockpot, Baked Potatoes, Tossed Salad, Broccoli

Date Night Out

Taco Salad, Mexican Cauliflower Rice
